Case Study: Efficient Pond Management puts Orb-3 Sludge Pellets to the Test
Efficient Pond Management, a division of Rooted in Iowa, LLC, tested Orb-3 Sludge Pellets on a 40-year old lake by treating an area on one side of the deck and leaving the other side untreated.
Among their findings:
- Muck levels decreased on the treated side by approximately 8 inches over a summer of treatment; while the untreated side showed no changes.
- Removing the muck also eliminated most of the rooted plant growth in the treated area
- The home owner saved hours of back-breaking labor
