How do I know when I need a repair kit for my compressor? + -
  • The pump runs but has little or no air output.
  • The air output is weak/non-existent when there is normal back pressure on the line.
  • The pump has become loud & noisy over time.
What tools will I need to perform the repair? + -

You will need:

  • T15 and T25 Torx Driver
  • Torque Driver
  • Utility Knife
  • Clean Work Space
I don't need all of the parts in the kit, can I get parts separately? + -

Unfortunately the parts are only available as a single kit. We do recommend replacing all of the parts at once to minimize future repairs and downtime.

Easy Pro Repair kit

The valve cover o rings that come with my kit were a different shape than the ones in my compressor but I was able to reuse my old ones.

Aerator Rebuild

2nd rebuild in 10 years. Easy to do job. Little expensive i feel but it is what it is.

Quick service and partial solution

Thank you for the quick service and delivery of the proper parts for my compressor. However, the parts restored only part of the pressure capabilities of the compressor. Now it is operating at about 40 psi instead of the 100+ psi when the compressor was new.
